Struggling with net.....

Its a totally outside the box topic....for several days I have been facing probs with internet. The internet led ie; the led on the extreme right isn't blinking...using a dlink modem....that's why I'm so dull at posting notes....sorry for the probs and hopes that it will soon recover

i heard nowadays internet is cheap (BSNL) - why dont you get one from BSNL?
